“Could not believe that Gino’s Trattoria included so many of their family secrets in this cookbook. I wasn’t expecting their classic dishes to be included in their first release! This book is a steal and gives anyone the opportunity to try and duplicate many of the tasty meals that come from this northern westchester staple.” – Jacob Stenziano

“As a mom of 8, I have been blessed with children but was not blessed with the ability to cook. After struggling for years, I have found Gino’s recipes to be so easy to follow (even for the beginner that I am) and also so delicious that I have given the book to many family members as gifts. For the first time in over 20 years of marriage I was able to make a real Thanksgiving dinner for the family - thanks to the full Thanksgiving dinner recipe supplied in the book. The family is very grateful to Gino!! My personal favorite is the Shrimp Asparagus Risotto - yummy! I have made it at least 3 times. The chilli recipe is delicious and the pizza is fun to make as well as delicious. I love seeing the pictures of his beautiful family and hearing his stories of his family and the friars intertwined throughout the book. What a pleasure it is to read!” – Robert Murphy
