The prevailing attitudes and laws about cannabis are changing quickly, both in the United States and around the world. Many new medical marijuana patients and adults in legal states are looking for information and step-by-step guides on how to grow their own personal amount of cannabis, often wanting to grow just one or two plants. The goal of the Grow Weed Easy website is to give these people the information they need to succeed, and make growing cannabis accessible to everyone.

Grow Weed website, GrowWeedEasy.com, recently published version 2.0 of their Complete Guide to Growing Cannabis.

Nebula Haze, a co-owner of the Grow Weed Easy website, was described as giving the following statement to her Grow Weed Easy magazine subscribers, “Our flagship ’Complete Guide to Growing Cannabis’ tutorial has been around as long as the Grow Weed Easy website. We are excited to have given it a complete reboot with more pictures, videos, tips and information.”

In addition to running the Grow Weed Easy website, Nebula Haze has been publishing a weekly online magazine on growing cannabis since April 2012. The Grow Weed Easy magazine is currently sent to over 25,000 subscribers every Sunday at 4:20 am PST. Nebula Haze claims she re-visited and updated the growing cannabis tutorial because of feedback she’s received from her readers and medical marijuana patients who write in.

According to Nebula Haze, “Our magazine readers have been extremely helpful as we’ve worked to improve the Grow Weed Easy website. Our goal is to create a wiki-like resource on growing cannabis with answers to all common growing questions. Since we started publishing the magazine and getting feedback from our readers, we’ve added over 100 new tutorials and cannabis growing tools to our website.”

While legal in some countries, the cannabis plant is currently prohibited federally in the United States. Despite federal prohibition of cannabis, many states have passed local laws to legalize or partially legalize cannabis for state residents.

Two states, Colorado and Washington, have legalized cannabis for all adults over the age of 21. In these states, adults with an ID can walk into an approved “pot shop” and buy cannabis buds over the counter.

Evidence shows that some components of the cannabis plant may have the ability to provide relief for patients with serious conditions such as cancer, AIDS, epilepsy, Dravet Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis and Fibromyalgia. As a result, 22 of the 50 states, plus Washington, DC have legalized medical marijuana for patients with serious conditions that are helped by cannabis. Four more states ( Florida,  New York,  Ohio and Pennsylvania)  currently have pending legislation to legalize medical marijuana for patients.

Other legal initiatives about medical marijuana have also passed this year. So far in the year 2014, ten states ( Alabama,  Florida,  Iowa,  Kentucky,  Mississippi,  North Carolina,  South Carolina,  Tennessee,  Utah and  Wisconsin) passed pro-medical marijuana legislation, even though these laws did not necessarily legalize its use for all state residents.

Nebula made the following statement about the legal status of cannabis in the United States, “Soon more than half the country will have some form of legalized cannabis. It’s crazy that this plant is still federally prohibited when there is so much evidence that cannabis is less harmful than alcohol, never mind the fact that cannabis can provide relief to many sick patients who don’t have other options. While  the legal status of cannabis is still working itself out, the people at Grow Weed Easy will continue to teach people how to grow their own medical marijuana and get cannabis into the hands of more people who need it .”

Nebula Haze first published the Grow Weed Easy website in 2010 with fellow grower Sirius Fourside to teach interested parties how to start growing cannabis in a spare room or closet.

In addition to the newly updated “Complete Guide to Growing Cannabis,” Nebula Haze has recently updated other popular tutorials on the Grow Weed Easy website, including a plant training guide and a guide on how to pH cannabis.

These free guides to growing cannabis are available on the Grow Weed Easy website.
