What Is UdevelopME

On May 12, 2013, talent development center, UdevelopME, released information about their state of the art facilities that they offer to clients at their Deer Park, NY office, what they do, and what they are.

Have you ever wondered how famous actors/actresses, models, and singers got their start in the industry? Well, chances are they started at a place just like UdevelopME. What is UdevelopME? They are a talent development center that focuses on building a composite card for their clients that can be submitted to industry professionals for future roles in TV, movies, magazines, etc.

Each model/actor that signs up with UdevelopME will receive a fashion photo shoot with their hair and makeup done their very own fashion stylist. Clients will shoot in multiple outfits so we can show versatility when we create their composite card. The actor/model will then be set up on UdevelopME’s online database, in order to be promoted to the industry agents and managers that UdevelopME has relationships with, as a result of years of experience in the industry.  UdevelopME generously assists each client with filling out their work permit, which is needed for a child actor/actress to work on movies or television. 

Services:

UdevelopME offers several workshops included in clients development package to prepare them for the future. The types of workshops are improv, audition skills, monologue, cold reading, and scene study, character development, connecting and relating to your audience, and stage presence. Each model/actor takes part in UdevelopME’s meet and greet held at the Huntington Hilton Hotel in Melville. At the meet and greet they will have a Q&A session with their promotional team so they meet the team that will be working on their behalf to book projects.
 
They also have a Q&A and a one on one audition with an industry agent or manager. UdevelopME has had success with their models/talent being signed with a manager due to the meet and greet. As a result of working with agents and managers, clients have been seen on Law & Order, Boardwalk Empire, Nurse Jackie, Nanny Diaries, The Following, Louie, Babylon Fields, and Elementary.
 
Facilities:
 
As for the state of the art facilities found at UdevelopME, you may be quite impressed. Their office has two state of the art photo studios, a large makeup area with dressing rooms, outdoor area for beautiful photos to be taken, viewing rooms for clients to see their photos, and two waiting areas with large screen TV’s for clients.
 
UdevelopME has a friendly staff that is always willing to assist, and a promotional department ready to assist with the development process and to work hard at booking projects. According to Mike Giordano, Vice President of Tech Operation & Client Support at UdevelopME, the motto around the office is, “We do it with PASSION or not at all.” The motto seems to be working, as the passion they bring to their clients is paying off with some impressive bookings.
