Logic PD to Present at BIOMEDevice Boston

Bill Betten to present the impact of mobile technology on traditional medical devices

Logic PD will present at the BIOMEDevice Boston, being held March 26-27 in Boston.

The two-day BIOMEDevice Conference will highlight the latest trends and technology in the medical industry with over 30 presenters, including Logic PD’s Bill Betten, vice president of business solutions in the medical/life sciences market.

Betten is scheduled to speak twice during the conference, the first at 12:20 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, March 26, in the Tech Theater, Booth 921.  His first presentation is a teardown of Qualcomm’s 2net Hub, a standalone FDA-listed device that serves as a gateway for collection of information from medical sensors. Betten’s teardown will include a summary and analysis of the technology and the implications of leveraging that technology for new products. 

Betten’s second presentation, “The Integration of Mobile and Medical Technologies,” will examine the impact that mobile technology is having on traditional medical devices and assess how those changes may affect the delivery of healthcare. This presentation is scheduled for 10:40 a.m. EDT on Thursday, March 27 in the Tech Theatre, Booth 921.
