Amira Nature Foods Ltd to Participate in Upcoming Global Food Shows

DUBAI, United Arab Emirate -- Amira Nature Foods Ltd (the “Company”) (NYSE: ANFI), a leading global provider of packaged Indian specialty rice, will participate in two upcoming food shows.

Amira will participate in BioFach 2014, a leading trade fair for organic foods, on February 12th to 15th, 2014, at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg in Nuremberg, Germany. The Company will host a product booth showcasing its new Organic Product Range. The show is expected to host over 40,000 trade buyers and over 2,400 exhibitors. The Company’s product booth will be located at Hall-4, Booth No.: 4-451.

The Company will also participate in Gulfood, the world’s largest annual food and hospitality show, on February 23rd to 27th, 2014, at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai. Amira will host a product booth displaying its expanding product portfolio. Gulfood is expected to host over 4,500 exhibitors including over 20,000 brands. This is Amira’s fifth time participating in Gulfood.
