The process will correct addresses and add missing apartment/suite or rural box numbers. Anchor’s proprietary change-of-address service, MaxCOA, locates records for movers who may not have notified the USPS® and covers a 60-month period.

Deceased Suppression enables mailers to eliminate deceased individuals from their mailings. This minimizes insensitive situations caused by sending mail to deceased individuals and decreases mailing costs.
