January 6, 2013 (Jersey City, NJ)- Young entrepreneur and New Jersey Native, Khoa D. Le, far exceeded his initial business earnings from $30,000 to a half a million-dollar business in just two years, bringing job creation and economic growth to the Jersey City community.  He was one of the 14 honored by the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) network on Friday December 13, 2013 at the Forsgate Country Club, Monroe Township at their annual Small Business Growth Awards Luncheon.

After working many years at a large accounting firm, Khoa decided to put his original passion in the arts to work.  As a graduate from Rutgers University majoring in Music, Khoa D. Le decided to take his artistic talent towards a different direction, into film and video production. His zealous nature made him research ways to build his business plan from the bottom up. He found the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) to be a huge support in attaining his goals along with the New Jersey Business Incubation Network (NJBIN).  Chief operating officer and associate director Deborah Smarth recognized the vision and hard work of start-up companies, such as Kvibe, and stated, “With guidance from NJSBDC experts they achieved great benchmarks for their business in serving their respective markets.”  “This is a great success story and accomplishment,” added Brenda Hopper, NJSBDC CEO.

Kvibe founder and President Khoa De. Le’s unique vision for job creation and a passion for helping others has kept his entrepreneurial spirit in an ambitious but humble state.   Khoa feels, “It’s simply about making a difference in people’s lives".
