- Define a timeframe within which you want to achieve your goal.
- Take action and by trial and error, figure out what works to get you to your goal.
- Be willing to go for it like there is no tomorrow.
Ms Long said whenever doubt creeps in, push it away and replace doubt with positive thoughts that are in alignment with what you want to achieve.

Ms Long said make a commitment for the next 30 days to positive thoughts only.
