BASF Coatings AG to present a stand again at this year’s fair
BASF Coatings AG has been represented at the Automechanika for the past six years. Visitors can stop by and learn about the company, as well as about job opportunities, in one-on-one discussions. “Good people with knowledge of the automotive industry always have good chances with us,” says Stefan Stein, junior HR manager at BASF Coatings AG in Münster. He and his colleagues and employees from various specialized departments will be available to answer any questions visitors to the stand may have. They are always keeping their eyes out for new employees to work at BASF Coatings’ European sites. Here’s a tip from Stein: The BASF employees at the Automechanika stand will be happy to take applications there in person. No matter what visitors’ interests may be, stopping by will be worth their while. “We’re raffling off a paint application seminar of the winner’s choice from our Glasurit®-training program,” says Stein.

Premiere: Elastogran participating in the Automechanika for the first time
Using the slogan “OEM for IAM” (Original Equipment Manufacturer for Independent Aftermarket), Elastogran is dedicating a stand area of 50 square meters to trade visitors in order to present its innovative spring aids manufactured from Cellasto® for the automotive industry. The Lemforde, Germany-based BASF subsidiary offers original quality “Made in Germany”. Cellasto® is the registered trademark for parts made of Elastogran’s cellular polyurethane (PU) elastomers. They have been used as spring aids in chassis systems and for vibration control in automotive assembly for more than 35 years.
