Godden | Sudik Architects, an accomplished Denver area based new and custom home architectural firm, earned four prestigious design awards at this year’s MAME Awards Gala, including major category MAMEs for Attached Home of the Year and New Home Neighborhood of the Year.Presented by the Sales & Marketing Council and HBA of Metro Denver, the Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards honor top achievers in the new home industry. Awards are comprised of marketing, sales, interior design, architectural and builder awards, and the MAME Awards show is the premiere Denver metro home building industry event of the year.  Impartial out-of-state judges review entries in a variety of marketing, advertising, building and architectural design categories and score each according to pre-determined guidelines.  Results are tabulated professionally and the winners in each category are revealed during the awards show.Godden | Sudik Architects garnered MAME Awards in the following categories:

  • Best Architectural Design of a Model Attached Home – Under 1,500 sq. ft. – “Villa 220” for Century Communities at Stapleton.
  • Best Architectural Design of a Model Detached Home – 2,201 to 2,600 sq. ft. – “Plan 4014” for Century Communities at Candelas
  • Attached Home of the Year – “Porto” at Verona
  • New Home Neighborhood of the Year – “Montecito at RidgeGate” by Century Communities.
