Japan Unix Unveils New Desktop Soldering Robot, UNIX-410S Series
 
(Tokyo, JAPAN, October 8, 2013)  JAPAN UNIX Co.,Ltd, a leading soldering automation company unveils the premium desktop soldering robot line-up, UNIX-410S series.

JAPAN UNIX developed the world first soldering robot in 1979, and has been renovating its soldering automation technology over 30 years. The latest desktop soldering robots, UNIX- 410S series, bring manufacturers faster operation and better connection quality.

UNIX-410S series improves its operation speed up to 15% in order to provide more productivity for a mass production purpose. In addition, it adopts new solder feeder to reduce solder balls and flux splatter problems by notching into solder wire.
Soldering is key technical method, which is adopted in any electronic products, to connect through electric contact between components and products. As technology advances in the recent years, products have been becoming smaller and thinner, which makes soldering more difficult.
