Luxury Homes Selling Fast in Lone Tree Colorado’s Heritage Hills Residential Community

Reflecting both national and local trends, new custom and semi-custom luxury homes are selling at a brisk pace in Heritage Hills, a successful residential community in south metro Denver’s Lone Tree area.

2013 has been an excellent year for the Denver real estate market.
