Fujifilm will showcase its complete line up of products and services at CES 2013 in exhibit booth #13027, Center Hall, Las Vegas Convention Center. Following is a summary of these offerings:
 
Innovative Solutions for Picture Taking
X-Series Digital Cameras
At CES 2013, Fujifilm is showcasing its award-winning, professional grade X-Series digital cameras. Developed to appeal to generations of professional photographers that appreciate true craftsmanship, the FUJIFILM X-Series digital cameras combine the highest caliber FUJINON lenses and advanced APS CMOS sensors with the latest EXR image processing technology to deliver extraordinary image quality.
 
For 2013, Fujifilm proudly introduces two additions to its X-Series lineup – the FUJIFILM X-100S and the FUJIFILM X20.
 
The new, professional-grade FUJIFILM X100S digital camera features a new, technologically advanced APS-C X-Trans CMOS II Sensor and improved EXR Processor II. The X100S uses a bright FUJINON 23mm F2 fixed lens that delivers amazing image quality from edge to edge, all within a compact and superbly-built body.
 
The FUJIFILM X100S combines three high-performance Fujifilm components that together defy ordinary digital camera limitations, and gives photographers a uniquely-advanced professional digital camera experience. By using Fujifilm’s X-Trans CMOS II Sensor, EXR Processor II and FUJINON 23mm F2 fixed lens, the X100S is capable of the world’s fastest autofocus speeds of up to 0.08 seconds*1, and increases its image resolution by 25%*2 and reduces noise by 30%*3 over the first generation X100.
 
The new FUJIFILM X20 digital camera improves on the highly-acclaimed FUJIFILM X10 with an advanced 12MP 2/3” X-Trans CMOS II Sensor and the EXR Processor II to deliver the world’s fastest autofocus speed of up to 0.06 seconds*4. The X20 also receives a newly-developed, advanced optical viewfinder with a Digital Trans Panel that displays critical imaging information syncing perfectly with the manual zoom lens.
 
The X20 achieves improvements in reduced noise, as well as higher resolution thanks to its new X-Trans CMOS II Sensor. By combining the X-Trans filter array and removal of the Optical Low Pass Filter (OLPF) the X20 delivers both a 30% better noise reduction*5 compared to the FUJIFILM X10 and a 20% higher image resolution*5 over the FUJIFILM X10.
 
The entire line of X-Series cameras are built on the simple notion that beautiful, well-made digital cameras can be powerful and refined at the same time while delivering superior image quality in an extraordinary photographic experience.

FinePix Digital Cameras
The new flagship FinePix HS50EXR features a manual zoom lens for high precision zooming over a huge 42x focal length range (24-1000mm*7) and a new ˝” EXR CMOS II sensor with phase detection that achieves the world’s fastest autofocus speed in its class of just 0.05 seconds*6.
 
Within the FinePix HS-Series, Fujifilm is also introducing the new FinePix HS35EXR. The HS35EXR features a 16MP ˝-inch EXR CMOS Sensor and 30X manual zoom to offer tremendous versatility at a great value.
 
There will also be to new additions to the popular long-zoom S and SL-Series lineup – the SLR styled FinePix S8200 and FinePix S8300 that each boast fast apertures of F2.9 to F6.5, an amazing Optical Image Stabilization system for excellent blur reduction, and genuine FUJINON long zoom lenses with 40x optical (S8200) and 42x optical (S8300) zoom options.
 
Additionally, the new FinePix SL1000 uses a newly-developed 50x optical FUJINON zoom lens (24-1200mm*1) with a fast aperture of F2.9-5.6 and a powerful new Optical Image Stabilization that reduces the effect of blurring at longer zoom lengths. And what’s more, the zoom doesn’t stop at a 1200mm*1– with Intelligent Digital Zoom – the focal length is effectively doubled to 2400mm or an incredible 100x with absolutely stunning results.
 
The all-new FinePix XP60 brings back rugged and durable for those adventurous shots that other digital cameras just cannot get. The new XP60 uses an improved 16MP CMOS sensor for enhanced image quality, a reinforced 5x FUJINON lens, and is Waterproof to 20ft (6M), Shockproof to 5ft (1.5M), Freezeproof to 14°F (-10°C) and Dustproof. The XP60 also has a newly redesigned battery door lock with double seals for enhanced protection so that users are certain to get their most adventurous shots, all with an attractive camera body that is easy to use for the whole family.
 
The new FinePix T550 ultra-compact long-zoom cameras is a slim and stylish camera that has a FUJINON 12x long zoom lens (24-288mm*8), and is thin enough to fit in your jeans or purse to take wherever you travel, or to just capture your everyday family life. It has the perfect combination of advanced features and ease of use, offering Optical Image Stabilization to help reduce camera shake and blurry images, and an Advanced Filter function for added creative expression. Additionally, its 16MP CCD sensor ensures that the highest image quality is captured every time and can be easily viewed on its bright 3” LCD screen.
 
Digital Camera Accessories
For 2013, Fujifilm has a wide range of accessories that let users protect their digital cameras in style.
 
The Canvas Boat and Tote is made of hardy canvas material and the off white Boat and Tote camera bag with faux leather trim provides the ultimate camera bag experience. Designed with internal pockets and dividers, your camera, and everything else, has a place on every photo shooting adventure. The Quilted Long Zoom Case is a conservative but stylish case that provides the ultimate camera protection. Made of black quilted nylon, a texturized, water resistant bottom, and a convenient handle and shoulder strap, this case fits most long zoom cameras with extra room for essentials. INSTAX Instant Film Camera System
At CES 2013, Fujifilm is showcasing the newest consumer model of Instax Instant Film Cameras, including: the new INSTAX™ Mini 8 and new rainbow frame-colored instant film.
 
The all-new INSTAX Mini 8 instant film camera offers user-friendly control functions, fun style, and fantastic image quality found in the current INSTAX Mini models. The new fun and compact INSTAX Mini 8 will be available in three new exciting colors – pink, blue and yellow – along with the classic white and black models.
 
Also new for 2013 is a new INSTAX™ Mini Film with a colorful rainbow frame. The INSTAX Mini Rainbow film comes in vibrant packaging featuring 10 exposures each in an assortment of rainbow hued frames. Both the new rainbow and original INSTAX instant color films are ISO 800 that produce sharp clear reproduction for vivid color, natural skin tones and super fine grain instant prints. INSTAX Mini Film is a credit-card sized 2”x3”, while the image area is 1.8” x 2.4”. The film has a blank strip at the bottom so that you can write a message under the photo.
 
Optical Devices
FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Optical Devices Division will feature its industry-leading, high-quality FUJINON lenses.
 
The new PL 19-90 Cabrio (ZK4.7x19) features an exclusive detachable servo drive unit, making it suitable for use as a standard PL lens or as an ENG-Style lens. With a 19-90mm focal range and weight of only 2.7kg including servo motors, this lens has the longest focal range available in a light weight zoom.
 
Also to be shown is the XA88x8.8 HDTV field lens. The XA88x8.8 is well suited for use within mobile trucks, at stadiums, sporting events, arenas, larger houses of worship – anywhere a long lens would be beneficial in capturing detail and close up images from far distances.
 
Motion Picture
FUJIFILM North America, Motion Picture Division will showcase the CCBOXX (Image Processing System IS-100), which is an ACES based on-site color management tool that is an unmatched on-site color management solution with extraordinary precision and flexibility. With the CCBOXX, cameras can be calibrated instantly on-site, while monitors’ calibration is fully automated, eliminating the need for specialized skills. The CCBOXX is so effective that it has recently been used on two US-based feature length movies and several commercials
 
Innovative Solutions for Printing
Frontier Digital Lab Systems
Fujifilm announces the latest addition to its line of Frontier Dry Minilabs, the FUJIFILM Frontier Dry Minilab DL650 Pro. The Frontier Dry Minilab DL650 Pro offers higher capacity and unique flexibility to its inkjet minilab solution. Its wide color gamut system is able to produce vivid images with enhanced sharpness and gradation, print sizes from 3.5” x 5” up to 12” x 48” at speeds up to 950 - 4” x 6” prints per hour, and at resolutions up to 1440 dpi. Fujifilm’s Frontier Workflow Management Software (“MS”) with integrated Image Intelligence™ Technology powers the Frontier DL650. Fujifilm’s MS software efficiently manages order fulfillment and can drive multiple output devices in Fujifilm’s Expanding Frontier Solutions line.
 
Retail Photo Printing Solutions
Also at CES 2013, Fujifilm announces that it will launch an all new Fujifilm VNX Photo Terminal and Fujifilm Multi Service Kiosk Software specifically designed to give businesses more opportunities and flexibility in offering unique photo products and financial and prepaid services for consumers. With the rapid increase of digital and mobile phone photography, demand for instant prints and photo products from kiosks will continue to give businesses new opportunities for growth and revenue.
 
The new Fujifilm VNX Terminal has a modern design form-factor that features a 16:9 aspect ratio widescreen, a multi-touch 1080p high resolution monitor, and USB 3.0 connectivity for faster data transfer of customer images. The VNX Terminal also offers an improved customer experience with support for higher capacity media cards, an easy to use user interface and an easy-load receipt printer.
 
Designed to work seamlessly with the Fujifilm VNX Terminal, the all new Fujifilm Multi Service Kiosk Software is a newly-designed system that offers a robust customer product experience and allows businesses to offer multiple financial services and shopping tools to generate revenue without increasing inventory.
 
Also improved for 2013 is the Fujifilm ASK-300 dye sublimation thermal printer that features a “Matte Printing mode” which creates a luxurious feeling semi-gloss surface, and a “High Quality mode” that creates sharp depiction of letters, narrow lines and realizes high-contrast and deeply refined images – a perfect instant printing solution for retailers and event photographers.
 
Fujifilm also announces the improved Xerox® Phaser® 6270 Photobook printer that now has automatic double-sided printing that prints without white borders at the paper edges. This allows retailers to easily and instantly create borderless double-sided photo book pages, which are the same grade as the one created by a wholesale lab, and enables the retailer to offer a premium grade of photo specialty printing products.
 
New Premium Photo Albums
Fujifilm also announces its new, high quality Superia Photo Albums, which are photo books printed on conventional color paper. Fujifilm’s new Superia Photo Albums add true photographic quality books to its current selection of digital press-produced photo books. Superia Photo Albums allow retailers to offer a premium photo book that is a ture keepsake for special occasions such as birthdays and graduations, as well as memorable everyday events and vacations.
 
Wide Format Inkjet Solutions
Fujifilm Photo Paper Pearl 260 is a high gloss, resin-coated, inkjet photo paper that incorporates a unique technology which produces images that take on a metallic “look.” Designed to produce prints with exceptional depth and vibrancy the media provides a visually striking appearance that will enhance graphics as well as fine art photos. Available in 24 and 44 inch wide rolls, Fujifilm Photo Paper Pearl 260 incorporates a nonporous receiver layer that dries to the touch instantly.
 
Fujifilm Vivid Canvas Board takes fine art printing on canvas to a new level by providing a finished product without any post production stretching. This distinctive media uses that same printing substrate as the popular Fujifilm Vivid Canvas, but fuses it onto a museum quality mount board. The result is a semi-gloss, water resistant canvas that allows imagers to produce “art,” from their Epson/Fujifilm Stylus Pro printer to frame, in minutes. Fujifilm Vivid Canvas Board is available in 18”x22” sheets, 20 sheets to a box.
 
Fujifilm JetFlex Display Film is an ultra-high gloss, white polyester film that stands up to the rigors of trade show display applications while providing the kind of look that is synonymous with silver dye-bleach fine art. Incorporating a nonporous receiver layer that dries to the touch instantly the media offers easy handling as well as exceptional tear resistance. Available in 24 & 44 in wide rolls, Fujifilm JetFlex Display Film, is the media of choice when prints with unsurpassed contract, vibrancy and richness are required.
