Independent Insurance Adjuster - Sams & Associates Announces Colorado Adjuster, Garrett Luttman

Sacramento, California, January 1, 2012 - Sams & Associates Inc., the leader in providing quality, consistency and timeliness in independent claims handling, announces the addition of Garrett Luttman as their new property adjuster in Falcon, Colorado Springs, Denver, and surrounding areas.

Garrett joined Sams & Associates in 2012.  He brings over 16 years of construction experience in both residential and commercial property.  Garrett has also earned the highest construction license, Class A General Contractor.  His vast knowledge and team management in construction practices, engineering flaws and estimating have aided his adjusting career since 2009.  Since then, he has handled residential and commercial property claims.  He is licensed in several states and worked on the catastrophe hurricane Isaac.

Garrett is State Farm, USAA and TWIA certified.  He is also experienced in Xactimate 27.3 and has advanced training in scoping and sketch.  Garrett has the ability to interpret policies and apply the policy to the damages.
