PALM BEACH, FL – TACB, The Association of Christian Businesses, and five-time heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield, announced they have jointly launched a new marketing program designed to help small Christian businesses succeed during challenging times. The program was debuted at The Champions of Business Super Conference, a two-day event attended by hundreds of (mostly) Christian entrepreneurs, last November 1st and 2nd, at the Palm Beach Convention Center in Palm Beach, Florida.

Eager to learn about new business and marketing strategies from renowned experts, attendees were invited to enroll in a marketing program which not only includes coaching sessions with Rob Kosberg and Marc Feinberg, successful builders of several multi-million dollar companies and co-founders of TACB; but also the opportunity to hire Evander Holyfield as their own business spokesperson.

The professional boxer committed to play that role for all participants of the coaching program, getting personally involved with each of their publicity efforts. Celebrities are not commonly involved with marketing small third-party businesses, but because of his passion for spreading the word and the love of God, Holyfield felt compelled to use his image to help Christian businesses through the program orchestrated by TACB.

Anita Elberse, an associate professor at Harvard Business School, recently stated that “brands that employ the services of celebrities quickly learn that few promotional strategies can impact the bottom line as much as forming an alliance with a public figure.”  In a recent study, she observed that several brands saw sales rise more than 20 percent after teaming up with an endorser.

“When we partnered with Evander, we knew his image would potentially bear great weight and positively impact our members’ marketing efforts”, said Rob Kosberg. “We started TACB because we wanted for it to be THE place where Christian businesses seeking explosive growth and dramatic productivity would come to find current, relevant marketing strategies. With the help of a real champion, we are now taking it to the next level,” he continued.

President and CEO of Data One Merchant Services, Christopher Humphrey, one of the Gold exhibitors at the Conference in Palm Beach, stated: “you can’t miss the opportunity or beat the combination offered by TACB and Holyfield – marketing and business experts on one side; five-time heavyweight champion on the other… It’s victory all around.”

Other premium vendors at the Conference were: Admirals Black Transport , Seniors Helping Seniors , Int’l Dentistry , Vinyle Dr ., Accelerate Marketing Inc. , White Glove Delivery Service , Berean Christian School , Beyond Organics , Repair On Us , and USANNA .

Co-founder Marc Feinberg spoke enthusiastically about the event and the program: “after getting a taste of the new possibilities for their businesses, attendees that haven’t signed up for the coaching program can now just say ‘maybe’… and try a month of our Newsletter, receive the monthly interview CD, TACB Webinar Series, and coaching. If they are not completely hooked and ready for more, then they will have risked nothing and the only one who will lose out is me!”
