In response to a wide array of questions raised on the Asperger’s Test Site about how to deal with their emotions, Leslie Burby and Mark Blakey wrote and recently released a new book aimed at helping adults address these issues.

It is estimated that 27 million worldwide live with Asperger’s. One of the negative effects of living with the condition is the anxiety, depression and emotional imbalances that can occur with the condition. While anxiety and depression are not directly related to Aspergers, 65% of adults with the condition experience depression and anxiety as opposed to 15% of the general population.

The book entitled Emotional mastery for adults with Aspergers has been written to address many of the common issues that are experienced on a daily basis. These include: Stress, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Anger management and empathy. The book gives a good explanation into the causes of these conditions as well as practical tips how to deal with them.

The book will be available for free download from Amazon.Com between the 10th and the 14th November.
