Century Communities, a Colorado Single Family Home and Townhome Homebuilder, Opens Two New Home Communities in Under Three Months

In the Colorado Springs market, Century Communities is best known for its award-winning townhome and flat/condo communities. Within the last 3 months, however, the homebuilder has entered the single-family arena with strong momentum. Opening both Fox Point at Meridian Ranch and The Estates at Rockrimmon, Century Communities is offering an array of beautiful single-family detached floorplans from the mid $200s.
