SAN JOSE, Calif., July 5, 2006 — BEA Systems (NASDAQ:BEAS), a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software, today announced Fuego (now called BEA AquaLogic™ BPM Suite) has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the leaders quadrant in the “Magic Quadrant for Business Process Management Suites, 2006” report. The report describes “Leaders” as vendors who are performing well today, have a clear vision of market direction, and are actively building competencies to sustain their leadership position in the market.
