Exclusiv Vodka Named 2012 Hot Prospect Winner by Shanken News Daily

MANALAPAN, NJ – The Shanken News Daily sister publication Impact Newsletter honored Exclusiv Vodka with a spot on its Hot Prospects List of 2012. The list features the U.S. market’s most promising wine and spirits growth brands. Brands qualifying as Hot Prospects must have posted at least 15% depletions growth in 2011 while also showing consistent growth in 2009 and 2010. Brand volumes must be at least 50,000 cases but not more than 200,000 cases. New products can also qualify as Hot Prospects if they pass the 50,000-case mark in their first year.

Exclusiv Vodka burst onto a saturated market place in 2006 and quickly gained critical acclaim for its expensive taste and modest price tag.  The average price for a 750ml bottle surprises consumers at just $9.99.  At the helm of the company, a newcomer to the vodka industry, Serge Chistov, who had the idea to create the vodka in Moldova, a country known for producing some of the finest spirits Eastern Europe has to offer and import it to the US.  His strategy was simple; provide the highest quality vodka at a fair and affordable price.

Exclusiv’s sales are expected to double this year and the Vodka is being introduced in two New England states later this month.
