Movea Appoints Gilles Delfassy as New Chairman of the Board

Grenoble, France - July 2, 2012 - Movea (www.movea.com), the leader in motion processing and data fusion technologies, today announced the appointment of mobile industry expert, Gilles Delfassy, as its Chairman of the Board.

Delfassy brings to Movea his vast mobile industry expertise and experience working with leading OS providers, platform developers and semiconductor companies. Most recently, Delfassy served as president and CEO of ST-Ericsson. He also served as Senior Vice President of Texas Instruments, Inc., where during his tenure he created and built its Wireless business into the worldwide market leader.  Delfassy has also served as a member of the Board at several leading semiconductor and IP companies.
