Celebrity Custom Homes in Colorado a Standout at This Year’s Denver Parade of Homes

LONE TREE, Colorado, July 20, 2011 – Dreamers, lookers and serious buyers alike won’t be disappointed with the Dream Homes and Dream Community at this year’s Denver Parade of Homes thanks to Celebrity Custom Homes. The Parade’s 2011 Dream Community is Lone Tree’s Heritage Hills neighborhood where every featured home is a Celebrity custom or semi-custom home. The Parade begins Thursday, August 11, 2011, and features 64 homes across the metro area in neighborhoods from Loveland to Castle Rock. Celebrity will have a total of nine homes in the Parade: seven in Heritage Hills (the Dream Community) and two in Pradera.

Celebrity stands out among Colorado home builders because it chose to break ground on luxury homes despite the fluctuating market. The Celebrity Dream Homes and Dream Community will showcase the newest in luxury design and living for this year’s Parade visitors.

The seven Celebrity homes in the Dream Community in Heritage Hills are completely landscaped, decorated and are each valued at $1 million-plus. Four of the homes, located in the Overlook neighborhood of Heritage Hills, are brand new semi-custom model homes with base prices starting in the $700s.
