Tuto4PC.com Group lists on NYSE Alternext

Paris – NYSE Euronext today announced the listing on NYSE Alternext in Paris of Tuto4PC.com Group, a leader in Internet advertising.

Founded in 2004, Tuto4PC.com Group has built an Internet advertising business through a service providing free downloadable software tutorials and other content. The Group publishes the websites www.tuto4pc.com and www.pctuto.com. Since early 2010, it has been developing a contextual analysis tool designed to deliver advertising displays that are targeted to each user in real time.

Tuto4PC.com Group (ticker code: ALTUT) was listed through the admission to trading of 3,030,000 existing shares plus 545,400 new shares issued under a Global Offering (*). The Global Offering raised a total of €3.5 million.

The admission and issue price of Tuto4PC.com Group shares was set at €6.33. Market capitalization stood at €22.6 million on the day of listing.

In six years, €2.4 billion has been raised on NYSE Alternext, half through secondary issues, by 172 companies from countries including Belgium, Canada, China, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US. Their market capitalization totals €5.6 billion.
