Temecula Catering’s Food is “Retarded Good!”

When the stars of VH1′s “The X Life” were looking for some bonding time, they chose Temecula Catering for a private cooking class. Susie, Jeremy, Denise and Pierre joined chef Michael in the kitchen to whip up several of the chef’s fun recipes. This episode aired for the first time on Feb 7th. Chef Michael was first contacted by a VH1 director who had heard about Temecula Catering during a wine tasting trip to the Temecula vineyards. He was the first to arrive at Temecula Catering, followed soon after by two camera crews, a sound crew and several other support people. The crew revamped the kitchen so it was more camera friendly. After two hours of prep, Susie, Jeremy, Denise and Pierre arrived.

Jeremy and Pierre were not excited about participating in a cooking class so the girls had to drag them from the parking lot into the kitchen. Once inside, things started to change. Chef Michael started the cooking class with the basics. Of course, he started with knife handling instructions. Jeremy and Pierre shocked the girls by flying through these exercises. Stuffing the chicken breast with ratatouille proved to be a little more of an arduous task but our daredevil athletes were up for the challenge. By the time the cooking class had ended, Susie and Denise started insisting that the guys spend more time in the kitchen at home, as they were naturals.

After the hard work of preparation, the group settled down to eat their creations. The group concluded that Temecula Catering’s food is “Retarded Good!”

Thrilled with their first experience with Temecula Catering, Susie called back to arrange the catering of their daughter’s 1st birthday party. Anyone who has not seen VH1′s “The X Life” with Susie, Jeremy, Denise and Pierre, make sure to tune it in – ”These guys are retarded good!”
