Pasta House Now Springfield Pasta Company
[Springfield, MO] – January 24, 2010 – The longest standing full-service Italian restaurant in Springfield, MO is now “Springfield’s” Pasta Company. Steve Heil, Owner of The Pasta House of Springfield, announced today a complete remodel and name change to the 25 year-old local franchise.
The restaurant started in the Battlefield Mall in July 1985, and then opened its current location in the summer of 2001. The business is 100% locally owned and operated since it began. Local owner, Steve Heil said of the news, “After 25 years in business, we’re truly the pasta Springfield has grown up with. As Springfield’s Pasta Company, we’ll continue to deliver the finest, freshest ingredients and the great taste our customers have come to expect from us.”
As “The Pasta House” the company was a franchise location and the name modification and remodel will allow the Heil Family to operate the restaurant independently under the Springfield Pasta Company name. Heil continued, “It’s important for all of our customers to know they can expect the same great food, the same great service and the same great experience from our entire staff.”
