UEFA Champions League Group Stage Concludes on Fox Family of Networks December 7 and 8

High-Stakes Showdown between Arsenal FC and FK Partizan on Fox Soccer Channel Highlights Matchday 6 Coverage

LOS ANGELES - It’s decision day in the UEFA Champions League as Group Stage play concludes on Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Soccer Plus and FOX Sports Net (FSN) on Tuesday, Dec. 7 and Wednesday, Dec. 8.

Four of the 16 Knockout Stage berths remain up-for-grabs, while clubs are also vying for third-place group finishes that will qualify them for Europa League competition. England’s Arsenal FC and AS Roma of Italy are among the high-profile teams which have yet to assure themselves of a Round of 16 spot. Coverage kicks off Tuesday, Dec. 7 live on FSN as English giants Manchester United FC hosts Spain’s Valencia CF, which can win Group C with a surprise upset at Old Trafford. Simultaneously, Fox Soccer Channel features FC Twente of Holland vs. Tottenham Hotspur FC, looking to finish atop Group A in its first-ever UEFA Champions League appearance. On Wednesday, Dec. 8 Fox Soccer Channel showcases one of the most intriguing contests of Matchday 6. London-based powerhouse Arsenal FC hosts FK Partizan, knowing it could win Group A, place second, or be relegated to the Europa League. The Gunners will keep a watchful eye on the other match in their group between FC Shakhtar Donetsk and SC Braga.
