Publicis Touchpoint Solutions strategically aligns four previously independent businesses—Publicis Selling Solutions, Arista, Pharmagistics, and Scientific Voice—under one cohesive leadership team, providing clients with a single source for multichannel message delivery solutions. While the company’s name, organizational structure, and client-benefit matrix have all been completely redesigned, its core mission and proven leadership team remain intact.

Publicis Touchpoint Solutions is the biopharma industry’s first true multichannel message delivery one-stop shop, offering field sales and service, live video detailing, inside sales and service, clinical health educators, medical science liaisons, inside healthcare-credentialed representatives, and management of virtual and on-site promotional speaker events.
