Chef Mike Launches “Temecula Catering” With Oak Mountain Winery Event

Chef Mike, after a five year tenure with the Ritz Carlton and three more with Disney five star restaurants, launches Temecula Catering with a Wine Maker’s Dinner at Oak Mountain. With four years of classical training in culinary arts, Chef Mike refined his gourmet skills with the best restaurants that Southern California offers.

Gourmet food became a passion of Chef Mike during his year long fight with cancer. Being a fighter, Mike channeled his energies into cooking. He now feels that his sensitivities to various dietary restrictions people have was cultivated while he learned to deal with his illness. He is particularly skilled at dishes for diabetics, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, and others.

Chef Mike is looking forward to dazzling guests on Friday, May 28th at 6pm at Oak Mountain Winery with one of his signature dishes – Cilantro Crusted Rack of Lamb. This five course meal will be served with award winning paired wines from Oak Mountain Winery. Of course, do not miss his Crème Brulee – a crowd favorite.
