Catering Houston Named Event Caterer For Pops And Props Gala

Houston, Texas, USA – Catering Houston, a food and event catering company, would like to thank the Houston Aeronautical Heritage Society for choosing them to cater their annual Pops And Props Gala.

The event will be held in late March at the 1940 Air Terminal Museum, the original air terminal at Houston’s Hobby Airport. The fundraiser aims to collect enough donations to continue with its goals this year of restoring and preserving the museum’s original infrastructure and unique architecture; and the newly Carter Field Airmail Hangar from 1928.

“We’ve held catering events in the Houston Museum District in town but never out at the airport. In fact, we never knew this place existed until we were contacted about being the event caterer. After hearing about its historic significance and seeing this amazing building in person, we’re honored to be part of the fundraiser” says Douglas Roberts, the Managing Partner of Catering Houston.

A selection of canapes and a sit down three course full service dinner will be served, along with champagne and fine wines. Douglas explains, “This should be a fun evening for everyone. Coming to this place all lit up; with a live band and dancing presentations; and with the quality of food and beverages ordered, everyone attending should be pleased.”
