Bill Tsibidis, owner of Crosstown Diner, discovered his passion for the restaurant business at age 5 when his father began their first family restaurant and took him on trips to Fulton Market to purchase fresh foods. Shortly after graduating from Hofstra College with a double major in Finance and Business Law he bought his way into the family restaurant. He credits hard work and a required financial investment to be part owner as one of the many reasons why he cherishes Crosstown Diner and their loyal customers.
