Godden|Sudik Architects’ Principal Paul Brady Leads PCBC® Forty Under 40 Summit Session

Paul Brady, Principal at Godden|Sudik Architects, a leading Denver-based architectural firm, spoke at the Professional Builder Forty Under 40 Leadership Summit on May 29, 2019.

Brady headlined a session on occupancy ratios. Analyzed in a head to head format, his session compared projects of lower and higher density within each of the 4 density categories identified by the Gold Nugget Awards. Brady used alternative projects for comparison against past award-winning projects, highlighting the various building types and their inherent advantages and disadvantages for multifamily residential design.

Different density options, design strategies, and the impacts of building codes on various types of multifamily housing were discussed. While organized around the varying densities of multifamily product type, Brady’s main theme was livability and how to create quality places.

Brady’s architectural and planning experience covers a wide range of project types and sizes including single family, multifamily, and resorts. Paul is a LEED® Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and has served as the chairperson for the Denver AIA Housing Committee.
