New Ability Plumber Website Bursts With Success

This summer has seen a new website for London’s Ability Plumbers, who were looking for a fresh approach to their online presence. The new website has been hailed as a success by Managing Director Mike, who says the website has really raised the company’s profile.

“We’re quite fortunate at Ability plumbers,” Says Mike, “in that plumbing services are always in high demand – even in a recession.” The new website ties together a new branding look as well as new copy and an easy to use design. “The team here is really pleased with the new interface – it seems clearer than before.”

The company is well known for only employing engineers with a minimum of 10 years experience, which is why, says the MD, customers tend to use their services more than once. “It’s all about the team mentality, really – good old fashioned customer service has always been at the heart of what we do. When more challenging economic times come along, it certainly seems that people appreciate good service.”

Speaking of the company’s recent expansion, Mike says “It does seem odd at a time when companies are cutting back, we’re actually getting more business. It just shows that there is still space for firms to be successful – but as I said; people always need to have their leaks fixed and their boilers seen to.”

While economists still disagree over when the ‘shoots of recovery’ will come, certain industries still maintain a certain level of business despite economic difficulties faced on a national level.
