Empire Technologies Achieves Avaya Services Delivery Specialist Certification

FREEHOLD, N.J. – Empire Technologies today announced that it has achieved Services Delivery Specialist (SDS) certification from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications systems, software and services. This SDS Implementation Specialist and Support Specialist designation means that Empire has demonstrated proficiency in the skills and qualifications needed for expert delivery of the full range of implementation and support services to Avaya customers.
