SysOpen Digia launches service packages for smartphone creation

SysOpen Digia Plc, the complete end-to-end software house in integrated ICT solutions, smartphone and mobile R&D, outsourcing and telecom services launches packetized services for smartphone creation.

These service packages enable OEM customers to acquire and outsource complete and even larger entities for smartphone development from SysOpen Digia, the world’s largest independent provider of Symbian OS -based software integration services and solutions for smartphones.

The service packages were launched in the following areas:
· Design Services - for smartphone and mobile service concept, user interface and usability design
· UI Prototyping - for quickly validating new functionality via Flash demonstration running on target HW
· Telephony Integration - supporting smartphone operating system, telephony software, hardware and modem integration
· Test Automation - increasing productivity of smartphone related software testing with combined testing automation solutions and services
· Quality Assurance & Verification - for smartphone software quality improvement and verification related packages
· Training - Training modules for smartphone software development and program deployment

The launched service packages complement SysOpen Digia’s smartphone related Contract Engineering Services and by utilizing these service packages, smartphone program can be run faster and more cost efficiently. Results include faster response times to customer needs, as well as better understanding and management of service content and cost.
