Laura spearheads call centre team record-breaking results

Record-breaking success is all in a day’s work for 29-year-old Laura Edwards’ after spearheading ACF Car Finance’s Call Centre to achieve its highest ever number of applications.

Laura, who works at the company’s Chester head office, recently secured promotion from Team Leader to Team Manager after being part of the Call Centre’s continued success for a number of years.

Promoted to a management role within a year of working within the financial services industry, Laura’s proudest achievements have not only been breaking application records, but she has also worked endlessly to improve quality standards for ACF Car Finance.

Responsible for two teams of Direct Sales Representative’s, Laura’s role is to ensure all call centre sales targets and quality goals are achieved through ongoing assessments, coaching and the development of 19 members of staff.

Laura is now looking to further develop her skills and has set her sights on becoming a Contact Centre Manager.

Laura commented: “I’m delighted to have been given this opportunity and I’m pleased that my hard work and commitment have been recognised. I look forward to continued involvement in the Call Centre’s further development and success.”
