Peak Capital Partners launches Hotel Construction partnership in Dagmersellen, Switzerland.


Luzern, Switzerland (May 18th, 2009) - Peak Capital Partners, a boutique asset management partnership based in Luzern Switzerland has announced an agreement to begin funding the construction of a hotel in Dagmersellen, Switzerland.

The fixed-income focused partnership seeks 27 million Swiss Francs, to be fully funded by August 2009, for the construction, management and subsequent lease of a Three Star hotel in Dagmersellen, Switzerland. The hotel will then be leased to Swiss Hospitality Industries AG and run under franchise as a ’Days Inn’ with a secured return of no less than 5% per annum for the first twenty years paid to investors net of management fees. Peak Capital Partners have obtained the necessary permits, surveys and franchise rights to complete the project.
