Triple Crown Corporation anticipates complete ownership by July 7, 2009


May 18, 2009 (Harrisburg – Lower Paxton Township, PA) – Triple Crown Corporation is pleased to announce the purchase of the Colonial Country Club mortgage and related documents and anticipates having complete ownership of the property by July 7, 2009.

Mark DiSanto, Chief Executive Officer of Triple Crown Corporation, made the announcement public today. He and John M. DiSanto, President of Triple Crown Corporation, will be the sole owners of the property.

Mark DiSanto stated that this is a very exciting opportunity for Triple Crown Corporation to continue its long standing history of providing excellence in real estate services through this strategic acquisition. Although Triple Crown Corporation is known for its land development, construction and property management activities in both the residential and commercial fields, it has no intentions of removing the golf club from the property.

DiSanto also stated that Triple Crown Corporation is a diversified company with significant holdings in apartment communities, Class A office, for sale residential properties, manufactured housing, retail development and recreational facilities. Triple Crown Corporation developed and owns the Bumble Bee Driving Range on Linglestown Road. The acquisition of the Colonial Country Club furthers the company’s strategic land holdings on the Linglestown Road corridor in Lower Paxton Township.

DiSanto went on further to state that with his company’s strong financial position and years of experience in managing both commercial and residential real estate, they will be able to enhance the operations of the Colonial Country Club.

DiSanto has met with the existing board to discuss plans and gather input. Within a week a general membership meeting will be set to gather feedback from the members.
