Flexense Releases FlexTk Server – an Integrated Storage Management Solution

FlexTk Server allows one to perform advanced storage utilization analysis, file system classification, duplicate files search and removal, rule-based file search, rule-based file organizing and data migration, file synchronization, secure data wiping and real-time disk change monitoring. The new product version runs in the background as a Windows service and may be controlled using a web-based management interface, command line tools or a GUI management application.

FlexTk Server is especially optimized for non-stop, 24/7 operation and capable of performing all types of storage management operations in a fully automatic, unattended mode. The user is provided with the ability to define custom storage management commands pre-configured for user-specific needs and custom storage configurations. In addition, FlexTk Server allows one to automatically execute user-defined storage management commands at specific time intervals or conditionally based on user-defined rules and policies.
