New, all-electronic format adds innovative dimension, conserves resources

HARTFORD, Conn.— As America celebrates Earth Day, Aetna (NYSE: AET) today released its 2008 Annual Report, “Choosing to Make a Difference: Improving health care one person at a time,” in a new, environmentally friendly format. The report -- the company’s first in an all-electronic format -- focuses on Aetna’s values, features highlighted financial information, looks at efforts to support communities and promote wellness and shares the perspectives of seven representative employees who were recognized for their achievements during the year.
