£15,500 Whiplash Compensation Claim Recovered for Car Accident in North Yorkshire

Personal injury specialists Camps Solicitors have successfully recovered compensation for a man injured in a car accident in North Yorkshire. Our client suffered a whiplash injury in the accident near the town of Molton, meaning he had to take several weeks off work. His car was damaged and needed to be put in for repairs, so he also needed a replacement hire vehicle to use for the duration.

The accident happened when our client’s vehicle was hit from behind by another car. The force of the accident shunted the vehicle forward, leaving our client with a neck and back injury.
