Lifestyle Electronics Brand Hires Experienced Executive to Grow Vestalife Business



Southern California, April 6, 2009—Award Winning lifestyle electronics company Vestalife has named Fred Faulkner to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. Faulkner assumes the responsibility of helping Vestalife grow its relationships with key retailers and to establish and maintain its global business. Wayne Ludlum will continue in his role of Founder and President and focus on developing exceptional products and maintaining the vision for Vestalife.

Faulkner joins Vestalife after over 17 years at Harman Consumer Group (NYSE: HAR) working with JBL, Infinity and Harman Kardon brands, building iPod-docking and PC speakers, branded OEM laptop audio and PC audio systems. During that time, Faulkner served as the innovative decision maker for the Multimedia division, cultivating and motivating highly effective management teams. Faulkner also formulated many important distribution and marketing global strategies which facilitated record performances in revenue, profit and market share. In addition, Faulkner established and maintains relationships with retailers and distributors, worldwide.
