RESTON, Va. — 02/07/2006, Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) today announced that its board of directors has declared first quarter dividends for Sprint Nextel Common Stock. A dividend of 2.5 cents per share is payable March 31, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2006.
