(OTC: PGOI), a leader in portable digital audio technology today, announced it will be showcasing mediaNOW™, one of the first TiVoToGo™ enabled Portable Media Players at CES this week in Las Vegas. mediaNow users who own a TiVo® Series2™ DVR will soon have the ability to download and enjoy all their favorite TiVo® recordings and watch them on the plane, in the car or anywhere on the go.

About the size of a handheld PDA, the mediaNOW Portable Media Player is the ultimate entertainment device for today’s demanding consumer. mediaNOW functions as a Camcorder & Digital Camera, MP3/WMA Player, Voice Recorder, FM Radio and MPEG1, MPEG2 (TiVoToGo™ transfers), MPEG4, DivX, and XviD Media player.
