O3Spaces now Zimbra-enabled on Amazon Elastic Cloud

O3Spaces is now offering the Workplace On Demand Edition on Amazon Elastic Cloud, while at the same time extending the reach and customer value of O3Spaces Workplace further with the release of the Workplace Zimlet for Zimbra ZCS 5.0.
O3Spaces serves North America and Europe with O3Spaces Workplace On Demand, based on the state-of-the-art Amazon elastic Cloud infrastructure. O3spaces offers both shared and dedicated Workplace instances, catering to the specific needs of customers large and small. O3Spaces’ On Demand SaaS is targeted towards organizations who choose to slash purchase and maintenance costs for their document management solution and document backup facilities. Furthermore, with O3Spaces Workplace On Demand there will be no upfront licensing cost, no implementation risk, and no infrastructure adjustment required.
In tune with popular demand, O3Spaces is proud to announce the availability of the new O3Spaces Workplace Zimlet. With this new Zimbra ZCS integration, O3Spaces Workplace integrates its document repository and e-mail archiving functionality with the Zimbra Collaboration Suite. The new Workplace Zimlet enables e-mail and attachment archiving to the Workplace, directly from the Zimbra web client. Archived e-mails are of course full-text searchable and files stored and managed in the Workplace repository can be attached directly to e-mail messages sent using the Zimbra solution.
The latest O3Spaces Workplace release, version 2.4.1, is available in four editions; the free-to-use Community Edition, the fully supported Professional Edition, the full-featured and fully supported Enterprise Edition and the ’Software As A Service’ On-Demand Edition.
