Travel Steps improves services and communication in response to forum feedback

Travel Steps holiday club, part of Pressplay Home Shopping Ltd, has responded concerns raised on forum websites.

Travel Steps have been made aware of some customer comments on forums in relation to their holiday club. Over the past few months Travel Steps have been looking to improve their services and communication and have taken on board the feed back both positive and negative from these forums.

Pressplay Home Shopping Ltd, take privacy and confidentiality very seriously and do not make available any information unless this has been agreed by its customers. All prospective customers who are contacted via the phone who have been provided by our associates have had the data handled in accordance to the data protection act and we take this very seriously.

All credit card information is only processed after the trial period and clients are notified of this in the initial contact and this is also confirmed to them in writing on receipt of the club. 30 days later if cancellation is not made credit card details are processed automatically and is not available to our operators.

Pressplay Home Shopping Ltd are very proud of their holiday club Travel Steps and feel that you cannot get value for money quite like it anywhere else. We have also changed our offering to include the free week’s holiday to Spain to all people who take the trial (as long as they book this before cancelling).
