LandmarkPrint Increases Productivity with New KODAK NEXPRESS Press and Drives Digital Print Volume with KODAK MARKETMOVER Business Development Services

After adding a KODAK NEXPRESS S3000 Digital Production Color Press and the KODAK MARKETMOVER Business Development Services in the fourth quarter of ‘08, LandmarkPrint is experiencing faster turnarounds and producing high quality personalized print communications.

KODAK NEXPRESS Intelligent Dimensional Coating Solution and the KODAK NEXPRESS Dimensional Clear Dry Ink are options that combine to create a raised printing effect that enables tactile effects so that images can have a dimensional feel that mimics the surface of the items in the image.

The KODAK NEXPRESS S3000 Digital Production Color Press is a high end production press in the NEXPRESS Press platform. The NEXPRESS S3000 Press features a modular design and is available with the optional KODAK NEXPRESS Fifth Imaging Unit Solutions, which rely on press profiling and standard inks to match up to 82 percent of the PANTONE® spot color gamut with no custom mixing required.

The NEXPRESS S3000 Press produces 3,000 A3 5/0 sheets per hour, or 100 A4 pages per minute for the full range of supported substrate types (coated, uncoated, synthetics, standard offset paper, textured stocks and selected packaging board, labels and firms) and weights (60-350 gsm). Maximum sheet capacity totals 11,000 with monthly print volumes of up to 2.2 million pages. The S3000 combines speed, the unique operator replaceable component service model and an extensive online operator support system to provide outstanding cut sheet productivity to print providers.
