NEW YORK and OSLO, Norway . – TANDBERG today announced a beta program with Microsoft for the TANDBERG PrecisionHD™ USB Camera, the first ever webcam to offer 720p high definition with 30 frames per second for business-quality live video communications over Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Release 2 (R2). Announced during the Office Communications Server 2007 R2 virtual conference, the beta program is one more step toward business-quality high definition live video communications for any enterprise using Office Communications Server 2007 R2 tools. The beta program will be initiated in late Q1 2009.
