Alcatel-Lucent introduces its new value-added distributor OT-IT to serve SMB’s communications needs in Algeria

Algiers, Algeria - Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announces a partnership with OT-IT, a new VAD (value-added distributor) to address the needs of local integrators who install and support communication solutions for small and medium businesses (SMB) in Algeria.

OT-IT, international distributor of telecommunications equipment in Algeria, Tunisia and Libya, will be represented by One Tech Algeria to play a leading role energizing the Algerian SMB market and to deliver the Alcatel-Lucent Business Partner Program. The program is designed to recruit, train, certify, support, and provide innovative communication solutions to indirect resellers in order to broaden distribution and better address the growing SMB market in Algeria.

One Tech will deliver Alcatel-Lucent’s Office Communications Solutions, a leading SMB solution tailored to provide a secure, integrated, future-proof voice and data infrastructure, with open source functionality to incorporate business-critical applications. This reduces costs and ensures continuity in a company’s communications network.
