Body Bar Workout Debuts with Spunky Old Broad’s “Let’s Get Moving” Series

BOULDER, Colo. – February 3, 2009 - Body Bar Systems, Inc., a premier fitness company specializing in products and educational tools for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and abilities, announced today that an innovative Body Bar® workout has been included in a new series of DVDs developed by Dr. Gayle Carson, also known as the “Spunky Old Broad.”

The DVD series, titled “Let’s Get Moving” was designed for women over the age of 50 who are just starting an exercise program. Although Dr. Carson has authored several books, including “Fit and Fabulous After Fifty,” this DVD series is her first.
