Iberia facilitating changes to London, Paris and Milan tickets for today

Madrid, In view of the situation caused by bad weather at the airports of London, Paris and Milan, and possible disruption to our customers’ travel plans, Iberia will facilitate changes of travel dates and routes, as well as refunds, under the terms stated below:

* Customers holding Iberia IB075 tickets with stages to/from London, Paris or Milan today may request endorsements, re-routings, re-issues, changes of date, or refunds, without penalties, regardless of the fare type. This will not apply to tickets in which all flying stages are operated by another carrier, even when Iberia codes are used (series IB 8000, 7000 y 5000).
* Refunds and changes of date are allowed through February 9, 2009, and new tickets may be issued for flights taking place through June 30, 2009.
* If the new flight is to take place before February 10, the reservation may be made in any available seating class.
* If the new flight is to take place in the February 10-June 30 period, it will be subject to the availability of seats in the seating class and under the fare type and terms specified in the original ticket.
