Pursut.com Launches a Full-Service Recruitment Tool

GIG HARBOR, WA – January 6, 2009 - Pursut.com announced today, that they will launch an innovative, online job board, specific to three industries; Healthcare, Energy and Specialized IT, which will simplify the hiring process and promote informed decision making for both the employer and candidate.

Pursut’s management team includes CEO, Alison Bennett, who has been involved in the recruitment industry for 13 years, as well as Warren Samek, COO who has created and run many IT companies. They recognized that the recruiting process is seriously flawed, and developed a modern job board that not only streamlines the hiring process, but offers a bevy of tools which promote educated decisions and cost-effectiveness. Unlike traditional boards, Pursut does not include 3rd-party recruiters; rather there is direct contact between employer and candidate. And each job posting is accompanied by a slideshow or recruitment video of the facility, as well as a side-by-side comparison of essential information related to the candidate’s geographical location vs. the employer’s location. In My Pursut Desktop, employers are able to manage the entire hiring process using the employee tracking system and communicate to the potential hire directly. Candidates are also able to keep track of who they applied to and where they are in the hiring process.
